Assessment
During an assessment, more time is devoted to discussing background history and performing analyses (musculoskeletal alignment, range of motion, muscle testing, biometric measurements, etc.). Calculations of aerobic capacity (i.e. VO2 max), body fat, BMI, tape measurements can be completed on request. Depending on discussion and personal needs, there is often time for introducing and practicing principal exercises. The goal of the assessment is to be more educational and plan development focused than a regular training session. A plan and summary of action points, including exercises specific to individual needs is provided following.
